Price Matching Policy

At Coastal Golf Canada, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for their purchases. Our Price Matching Policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that you are getting the best possible price on the products you love.

How Our Price Matching Works

We will match the price of any identical product from a qualifying competitor under the following conditions:
Identical Product: The product must be the same brand, model, size, color, and condition (new, unused, and in its original packaging).
Available Stock:The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time you request a price match.
Verifiable Price:The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable. This includes printed ads, online listings, or other official price listings.
Shipping Costs: Shipping will be taken into consideration if applicable prior to matching prices.
Promo Codes: Competitor promotional codes (PROMO CODES) will not be matched.

Eligible Competitors

We will match prices from the following types of competitors:

Authorized Retailers: Competitors that are authorized retailers for the products in question.
Major Online Retailers: Recognized online retailers with established pricing policies. 
Local Retail Stores: Brick-and-mortar stores within Canada that are authorized to sell the product in question.

Exclusions

Our Price Matching Policy does not apply in the following situations:

• Clearance, Closeouts, or Liquidation Sales:We do not match prices on items that are clearance, closeout, liquidation, or special promotions such as “buy one, get one” offers.
• Limited-Time Sales: Prices that are part of special sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) or limited-time offers.
• Bundled Offers: Prices that include additional items, accessories, or services (bundles).
• Membership Pricing: Prices that require a membership or subscription (e.g., warehouse clubs).
• Auction Sites: Prices listed on auction sites or marketplaces like eBay.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please follow these steps:

1. Before Purchase: Contact our customer service team, before making your purchase.
2. Provide Details: Provide us with the competitor’s price, product details, and where you found the lower price. A link to the competitor’s website or a scanned copy of the printed ad is usually sufficient.
3.Verification: Our team will verify the price and availability of the product. Once verified, we will match the price and assist you with completing your purchase.

After Purchase Price Protection

If you find a lower price on an identical product within 14 days of your purchase from Coastal Golf Canada, we will refund the difference via store credit or gift card.

To request a post-purchase price match:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Provide Proof: Provide proof of the lower price and where it was found.
3. Refund Processing: Once verified, we will issue a store credit or gift card for the price difference.
