What We Match

We may match a competitor’s current advertised price when all of the following are true:

• The item is identical (brand, model, year, loft/lie, flex, hand, size, colour, etc.)
• The item is new, in original packaging, and sold by an authorized retailer
• The competitor’s item is in stock and available for immediate purchase
• The price is publicly advertised in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• The request is submitted before purchase (or within the window noted below)

Timing

To keep pricing consistent and fair, Best Price requests should be submitted prior to purchase. If you’ve already placed an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review it if the item has not yet shipped.

• Preferred: Before checkout
• After order: We may assist if the order has not shipped (case-by-case)

How to Request a Price Match

Send the following to our team:

• Your Coastal Golf Canada product link
• The competitor’s product link showing the lower advertised price
• Any key specs (loft, flex, hand, size, colour) to confirm the item is identical

Exclusions

To protect our customers and ensure fair comparisons, we do not match:

• Marketplace sellers or third-party listings (e.g., Amazon marketplace, eBay, Facebook Marketplace)
• Private sales, used items, demos, rentals, or refurbished products
• Closeout/clearance pricing, liquidation, “final sale” events, or limited-quantity doorcrashers
• Member-only pricing, coupon codes, loyalty redemptions, bundles, or “free gift” promotions
• Pricing errors, misprints, or “too good to be true” listings
• Out-of-stock items, backorders, or items with extended lead times
• International retailers (USD pricing, duty/brokerage exposure, cross-border pricing)
• Custom-built or special-order items (unless explicitly approved)
