A:  Our golf retail store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00PM - 5:00PM

A: Absolutely. We provide regripping and repair services for all types of clubs. Bring your clubs into the store, and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Do you have gift cards?
A: Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them in-store or online.

Q: Do you offer lessons or clinics?
A: Yes we offer lessons and clinics with PGA of Canada Professionals. Check our website or call us for the latest schedule and availability.

Q: Can I special order a product that is not in stock?
A: Yes, we can place special orders for many products. Contact us with the details of what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you offer price matching?
We strive to offer competitive prices, but we do offer price matching for inline products in Canadian pricing. We also offer rewards points on all purchases in store and online.

Q: How do I place an order online?
A: To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and choose a payment method to complete your purchase. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards PayPal, Apple,Google and SHOP payment options at check out. We also have partnered with Affirm Canada so that you can finance your purchase if required.

Q: Is it safe to shop on your website?
A: Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information. Our site complies with all industry standards to ensure your data is safe. Our processing partner platform is through Shopify a trusted international brand.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping carrier’s website. 

Q: What are your shipping options and rates?
A: We offer various shipping options including Free shipping when your order total pre tax is over $150. Larger, heavier items rates depend on the delivery method and your location. You can view shipping options and costs at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A : Currently, we only ship within Canada. If there is a product that we can ship internationally we will, you can email us with a request and we will do our best to accomadate if possible.

Q: How do I cancel or modify my order?
A: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel. Please ensure that the product is correct and that you are aware of shipping times prior to ordering to reduce cancellation or returns.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.

Q: How can I return or exchange an item purchased online?
A :To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions included in your order confirmation email or visit our Returns page on the website. Be sure to include the original packing slip and follow the provided return shipping instructions.

Q: Can I use a promo code or gift card for online purchases?
A:Yes, you can enter promo codes during checkout to receive discounts. Gift cards can also be redeemed online by entering the gift card number during the payment process.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping for online orders?
A: Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services for online orders.
