At Coastal Golf Canada, we stand behind every order. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and professional return process designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of the products we sell.

30-Day Returns (Eligible Items) Authorization Required Inspection Upon Receipt

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • Item is new, unused, and unhit
  • No ball marks, turf interaction, grip wear, or cosmetic damage
  • Original packaging, shrink wrap, tags, and protective materials intact
  • All included accessories returned (headcovers, tools, manuals, hardware)
Items returned showing signs of use, alteration, or missing components may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and item details.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the item securely using a trackable (recommended: insured) method.

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to product availability. Exchange items must meet the same condition standards as returns.

If your requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.


Refund Processing

Once received, returns are inspected before approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Custom Orders & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built clubs (once production has begun)
  • Special-order products
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Include clear photos of the packaging and product condition so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Affirm Financing

Refunds for orders financed through Affirm are processed back through Affirm, and your loan balance will be adjusted accordingly.
