Product Exchanges & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Coastal Golf Canada. We strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Some items, such as clearance items, gift cards, are exempt from being returned.

Timeframe for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • After 30 days, we may not be able to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Go to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
  • contact us with the order# for the return and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damaged or defective items or exchanges.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Original Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the refund amount, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and any relevant details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
