Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping
We believe that the customer experience is of the utmost importance and free shipping is one way we can enhance that experience. When your order is over $99.99 you will receive free shipping, a flat rate Shipping fee of $9.99 will be charge for orders $99.99 and under. Larger items such as push carts, electric carts and package golf sets are exempt from free shipping and will have a flat rate charge of $24.99.
Product Inventory & Stock
Many of our products are ordered directly from the manufacturer,vendor or supplier, product availability can change between the time that an online order is placed and the time of fulfillment of that order. Customers will be contacted should there be any change in their order and will include alternative options and restock details, if applicable. A full refund will be issued if a substitution or restock timeline is not exceptable to the customer.
Ship To
Coastal Golf only ships within Canada. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes only physical addresses. To ensure that shipments to addresses with rural routes get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order.
When will my order ship
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-15 days depending on the vendor and your location. Custom orders may take longer depending on product availability and destination.
What shipping companies do we use
Coastal Golf utilizes the top couriers and shipping companies to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner. Canpar, Purolator, UPS, Fedex and Canada Post are a few companies that will deliver your package.
How do I track my order?
Once our supplier or courier provides us with a tracking number for your package we will forward this to your for your reference. This may take a few days to produce depending on vendor as we ship some products direct from our vendors.
