Wrong item sent

Chose the Tour Edge Exotics golf bag as liked the quality and look of the bag. Bag arrived within a few days but was the wrong color. Contacted customer service via email and they responded next day. Person stated the piping on the bag has changed and the supplier no longer has the one I ordered. After a few back and forth emails I was offered to keep the bag at a 50% reduction($150) or return bag for a full refund at their expense. After some deliberation I decided to keep the bag and learn to like the colour. Up to this point communication was great. As soon as I said I would keep the bag and asked when could I expect a partial refund, the communication stopped there. Almost 7 days later they have not responded to my inquiry and still have not received a refund. To be continued. Update! After some back and forth emails, I received my received my refund.
