Many of our products are ordered directly from the manufacturer, vendor or supplier, product availability can change between the time that an online order is placed and the time of fulfillment of that order. Customers will be contacted should there be any change in their order and will include alternative options and restock details, if applicable. A full refund will be issued if a substitution or restock timeline is not acceptable to the customer.
