Exchanges & Returns

 

Product Exchanges 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back and exchange it for a more suitable product or provide a refund hassle free! 

Exchange Conditions & Criteria

  • Products must be unused and in their orginal packaging and condition
  • Customers can exchange their products within 2 weeks of the delivery date indicated by the provided tracking number. Purchases in store will be 2 weeks from date of reciept
  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange shipping will be arranged and paid for by Coastal Golf Canada once the above conditions are verified and items are received and inspected.
  • A replacement or suitable item will be shipped by Coastal Golf Canada at no charge.
  • To return a product simply contact us and include your order number: i.e. #0000CG and indicate exchange in the subject line.
  • Custom orders are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). In the event of a defect or issue with your custom order we will work with you to get a replacement or solution with our supplier of the custom goods. 
  • Shaft flex, loft degree, grip size or model cannot be exchanged
  • Demo clubs are sold as-is and cannot be exchanged. If you are unhappy with your demo purchase, we can accept a return for store credit in the form of a gift certificate. 

 Return Conditions & Criteria

  • Products must be unused and in their orginal packaging and condition
  • Customers can return their products within 2 weeks of the delivery date indicated by the provided tracking number. Purchases in store will be 2 weeks from date of reciept
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees and any costs associated with the return to us. 
  • If you would like us to set up return label and schedule a pickup the cost of this will be deducted from your refunded amount and a receipt will be  provided for the amount deducted.
  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
  • Custom orders are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). In the event of a defect or issue with your custom order we will work with you to get a replacement or solution with our supplier of the custom goods. 
  • Demo clubs are sold as-is and cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your demo purchase, we can accept a return for store credit in the form of gift card. 
  • Refunds will be issued on receipt and inspection of returned product if there is an issue with the return, you will be notified.
  • You will receive a confirmation of the refund by email as soon as it is processed.
  • Once a refund is issued, it may take 2-3 business days before you see the credit on your statement depending on the financial institution and payment method.
  • To return a product simply contact us and include your order number: i.e. #0000CG and indicate return in the subject line.
  • You will receive a email outlining how to return your product including a Return authorization number for the return once we receive your request.

WARRANTY

Every product in our store has a manufacturer's warranty.  If you have a product that is defective or you have a warranty issue, simply contact us and we will help initiate your warranty on your behalf with the manufacturer. If you decide to deal with manufacture directly we may not be able to assit you with the warranty. We recommend contacting us first and we can provide the best course of action with the manufacuter
